We love to be together, persevere, and practice the ways of Jesus together. Even though we’re at different places on our journey, we share a guiding story as given through the Bible, and we all look for Jesus in each other and in the world we live in. We share faith, we share music, we share differences, and above all we share God’s love of us in Jesus. We all give, we all receive. We are a diverse family who laughs, cries, and prays together, and is learning how to love and care for each other. Our greatest ambition is to share this love with everyone around us – in our neighbourhoods and around the world.
Our Sunday service is 10:00AM every Sunday morning. We offer weekly Sunday School during the service for children Grade 5 and under. Grade 6-12 youth meet most Sunday mornings and two Friday evenings per month.
We use the Anglican Book of Alternative Services to guide our services. Each Sunday's readings can be found using the Revised Common Lectionary.
We gratefully acknowledge that St Paul’s Anglican Church operates on the traditional territories of the Indigenous peoples of the Treaty 6 and the Métis Settlements and Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 4. We respect the histories, languages, and cultures of the Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi, Nakota Sioux, Dene and Metis people. We recognize that this acknowledgment is a small part of the bigger ongoing work to foster true reconciliation. We continue to learn of the historic and ongoing overt and systemic racism that have impacted the lives of Indigenous peoples, and we take responsibility for our participation in reconciliation. We celebrate and acknowledge the dignity, worth, and value of all people made in the image of God.
