A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has been involved in our monthly Community Dinners in 2024! St Paul’s is hosts a free Community Dinner on the fourth Saturday each month (except December), and our final one of the year is set for Saturday, November 23. Please plan to be there! Although Christmas is still a little way off, we are starting to watch the flyers for supplies for our Christmas Hampers. We provide these hampers to families at Grovenor Elementary and the daycare in our building. The Christmas Hampers include their Christmas meal and a few other goodies. If you are interested in helping with planning, organizing, shopping or delivery, please join the St Paul’s Turkey Team! This team will work together to build the hampers.
If you are thrifty and appreciate finding good clothes at a good price, you might find what you’re looking for at Blenderz, Garment Recyclers. Their mission “is to reclaim and recycle excess clothing, fabrics, and textiles from the general public, charities and business.” They offer a unique “pay-by-the-pound” approach on gently-used clothing and craft supplies.
