Keep active while its cold! Thankfully we have many activities to access for getting fit, whether walking, skating or going to one of our recreational centres. Consider recruiting a friend for a walk at one of Edmonton’s many malls during this cold snap. Looking for a program you can do at home? Table Top Adventures (aka Games Night), typically planned for the first Friday of each month, is cancelled for January 7, 2022 because of the Omicron variant.
