The 2022 St. Paul's Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Zoom and is intended to last no more than 1 hour.

Meeting Protocols:
- Muting: Please remain muted unless called upon to speak. This helps mitigate excess noise.
- Signing-In: Please type your name into the chat upon entry to the meeting to sign in to the meeting. If you are calling in or otherwise unable to use the chat function, we will take a moment to ask you to state your name for the meeting record.
- Questions: Please ask questions using the chat function in Zoom. If you are not able to use the chat, we will give a moment for people to ask questions verbally as well.
- Voting: Voting will be done by using the poll function within Zoom. If you have multiple people calling from a single device, you can indicate additional votes by using the chat function. Again, for those calling in or otherwise unable to use the poll function, we will take a moment to allow you to express your vote verbally.
