If you’re into outdoor winter sports, hiking, stargazing, or snowshoeing, Elk Island National Park has it all. Everything to do with outdoor winter fun is just a 35-minute drive from downtown! There is all-season camping available, as well as firepits for a good source of warmth if you want to build a fire. There are many ways to discover little-known facts about the park and its wildlife. Astotin Lake is a wonderful destination for skating too!
