Last year, the Terra Centre for Teen Parents relocated their offices to Grovenor. This year, Terra is celebrating their 50th anniversary carnival-style. They have created a fun afternoon with their Community Carnival Block Party, compete with BBQ, fun, games and toe-tapping music.
