As we approach September 30, 2024, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, please take some time to reflect on the ways you have learned more about Indigenous, First Nations & Metis people here in Amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton) and in Treaty 6 Territory over the last 12 months. Every bit of learning helps. Take some time to understand why land acknowledgements are important. territory-acknowledgement. We will observe Orange Shirt Day during our service on Sunday, September 29, 2024, and we will have Indigenous Games in the hall following the service!
